Some pros listed above are crucial. This is because, unlike hardwood floors, there is no sealing or polishing. It’s also great for families with kids. Its because it is waterproof and will not damage floors if there is water spillage. It’s also stain resistant since it does not absorb anything.
 
 
Moreover, If you have furry friends as I do, you won’t need to worry of paw scratches all over your flooring. It is also noise resistant because it has a foam-like backing. This way, if something fell on it, it tends to reduce the noise due to the backing.
