As someone who does a TON of home decor shopping, I have become familiar with the best places to shop for budget friendly home decor.

I really LOVE saving money on home decor as much as I can! DUH, I mean who doesn’t!! I have always been someone who tries to find affordable yet different looking home decor on the LOW! This way I can save money for things that I really should splurge on. For example, a beautiful couch, dining table, you get the idea!!

So, I have put together a list of my favorite shops to buy home decor on the low.

Our Favorite Places to Shop for affordable Home Decor

HomeGoods: Guys, let’s be honest in my opinion there is no competition. Homegoods comes in CLUTCH!! It’s my favorite place to shop for home decor items. Plus, they are always up to date with the new trends. You can LITERALLY find any type of style of home decor here. It is very affordable!

AMAZON: This is definitely one of my favorite places to shop. I mean who doesn’t like shopping online and having a shipment show up at your house LITERALLY 2 days later. Also, they have definitely been stepping up their game in the home decor section. They have so many affordable pieces that work with many different budgets. I have noticed they have a lot of boho style items, farmhouse, and some traditional items.

Wayfair: If you guys don’t already know we are OBSESSED with Wayfair. I personally love purchasing larger furniture from them. They carry a lot of different styles and are quite affordable. They always have sales and great savings on their products.

Target: AKA “Tarjay” has some really beautiful pieces. They tend to lean more on the cozy-chic look. They also have Chip and Joanna Gaines line which has many different pieces for a beautiful modern farmhouse look! Project 62 is full of beautiful and modern home decor items at a really affordable price! They also sell a lot more in their online store than in-store.

Joss & Main: I ABSOLUTELY love joss and main. It’s quite similar to Wayfair. The prices are great and have some unusual pieces. You can find many different styles here such as mid-century modern, traditional, modern, farmhouse, etc.

Urban Outfitters: Urban Outfitters really does do a good job of keeping up with the trends. Most of their home decor is different and affordable. I personally love their lighting, end tables, and accessories. The styles they tend to lean on are bohemian, cozy chic, and Mid-century. If you are looking for any of these styles this is DEFINITELY a go-to!

At Home: This place is quite literally a home decor warehouse. The stores I have gone to are HUGE! They tend to carry really affordable pieces and literally have everything you need. They have furniture, outdoor decor, the bathroom decor. They also have all the ottomans you can think of!

H&M Home: Just like their clothing, the home decor prices are GREAT!! They have great price points. They even have some cool candles starting at like $3.99. If you need minimalistic, bohemian, and chic looking decor then this place has got you covered.

West Elm: West elm is my ULTIMATE favorite for modern home decor! They have quite different pieces than many other stores. They keep up with all the modern, contemporary, and mid-century modern. They have affordable accessories that look FANTASTIC. If you have a modern Pinterest board then this is the place to shop!!

IKEA: Ikea has affordable home decor pieces. They are great for apartments or home rentals and even dorms. The reason I say this is because their furniture and light fixtures are really affordable. They are great if you do not want to splurge too much on home accessories. Their products are great because they will last you a good 5 years. Also, if you’re looking for a Scandinavian look. This place is your best friend!

CB2: CB2 is a great place to shop and is affordable but can get a bit pricey for some items. Their furniture is absolutely stunning but tends to be a bit on the higher end unless it’s on sale. Although I understand why they are a bit more pricey because they have some really cool pieces that you really can’t find at many stores.

GILT: You’re probably thinking of designer brands when I mention gilt but they have flash sales and have some discounted designer items that actually get to pretty affordable prices. Love this shop because I get designer items without breaking my wallet.

Nordstrom Rack: Very similar to gilt you can also find some designer pieces on sale. They also do flash sales which save you A TON of money!! If you want to look boujee on a budget then this is a must!! If you are looking to get your hand on some NEST candles then you have to get them from here.

Society6: One of the best places to get art! Artwork can be pricey and you can buy some pretty AWESOME prints here for a really affordable price! From abstract to minimalist art you can find many prints that will work with pretty much any style. They also carry great home decor pieces.

AllModern: Also similar to Wayfair but tends to carry more modern, contemporary, and mid-century home decor products. Best way to get the trendiest looks but on a budget!
