I don’t know about you, but when I decorate my home for Christmas I tend to go all out. I mean isn’t that how it should be? This means that even the coffee table gets a makeover for Christmas. In this post, we have come up with three beautiful Christmas coffee table decorations. These are all simple and affordable and can be re-used every year with some tiny tweaks to the color combo.

Christmas Coffee Table Village

My personal favorite is the tabletop Christmas village. It is super cute and very trendy!

First, we start with a wooden turntable. It doesn’t really matter what color because it all ends up getting covered.

Second, we will be placing the garland around the tray. The garland can be your choice I choose to place a thin green garland with mini ornaments on it.  I simply used a thin garland and wrapped it around the turntable and hot glued it on. I then added some small flocked picks to fill in any gaps. Next, I added tiny accents of gold leaves and tiny white ornaments.

Third, I placed cotton that resembles snow in the middle of the tray covering the tray completely. Make sure the snow is fluffed up and covering the tray completely. You can also add a snow blanket underneath to make it look more realistic.

Fourth, we will place the white ceramic houses I placed two larger ceramic homes and one medium one in the middle, and 3 small ones in the front. The houses I used are battery-operated ceramic houses. They are exquisite and unique and go well with any theme.

In the fifth and final step, I placed two small trees and added figurines some having a snowball fight, a family standing together, and a child with a snowman you can place figurines as you desire and that completed the look I was going for.

This tray is very easy, and it takes only 5 steps to complete, and the outcome is spectacular.

Another little addition could be made by adding a beautiful snow globe train by FAO Schwartz. This way it looks like the train is traveling around the village.

I also took out the gold leaves on the garland and left it as is, in case you don’t have gold in your theme.

It’s quite simple to customize this beautiful look for your home this holiday season. It’s definitely something that is very trendy this year since ceramic homes are LITERALLY flying off the shelves. If you plan on incorporating white ceramic homes for your Christmas decor, I would start purchasing them right when all the Christmas Decor hit the shelves. Trust me these don’t last!

They are quite classic and can be used with whatever theme or color combo and that is what makes them so versatile.

DIY Make Your Own Snow Globe

Another simple yet beautiful idea is what we call a Christmas snow globe centerpiece.

We will start with the base of a drink dispenser or a cake base stand and center it on the coffee table.

Then, I used snow that resembles cotton and made sure the base is fully covered. I fluffed it as much as I can, so the base looked completely covered in snow. Then I started to place my mini house trees and my figures. Placing them is not that hard just make sure you place them securely, so they don’t fall. You can use double-sided tape if you need it!

Lastly, I had snow foam spray I sprayed a glass dome from the top to make it look as if it had snow I only sprayed halfway from the top and left the bottom unsprayed so people and the houses inside will show. Then I placed the dome on top.

Of course, to add the final touches, I added cranberry picks, using double-sided tape around the dome leaving the front of the dome empty and that completed the look I was going for. This was a very easy and quick project that will make your coffee table stand out.

In the images below you will also find two signs that say “Joy”, etc. those are from Hobby Lobby.

DIY Make Your Own Christmas Candle Holder

If you are looking for something simple that doesn’t take much time to do and can be done in a few short minutes, well then, I have one quick and easy idea DIY for you!

To start with, we will need a small cake stand that is a little bit wide. You will only need the base of the stand for this DIY!

Next, I placed a candle wreath on the base. The candle wreath I have has small red cranberries and is very full. sometimes you can find these at Homegoods.

Lastly, I used a small clear vase and sprayed the top of the vase with foam snow spray. Then, I  placed it inside the candle wreath, which completed the candle holder. Lastly, I  placed a candle inside it, and the look is set.
