Hello Everyone, I hope you are doing well. It’s cold out, and is the best time during this cold weather is to have your coffee or Hot cocoa in front of the Fireplace. Talking about the Fireplace, I want to talk about fireplace decoration for two different types of Fireplace.
My clients have a fireplace that is a built-in fireplace, and I will show you how I have decorated it. Also, I have a cabinet with a fireplace placed in my living room, and I will show you how I have illustrated that.
Cobalt Blue and Gold Fireplace Christmas Decoration
My client has a traditional Fireplace in her guest room and wanted me to decorate it for Christmas in cobalt blue and gold, so I brought a green garland. I wrapped some lights around it. Then I used three command hooks and placed one in the middle of the Fireplace and one on each corner of the Fireplace.
After I placed my Command Hooks I then I found the center of the garland and put it on the middle command hook, and then about one foot from the end of each side of the garland, I hung the garland on the command hook on the corner, making the garland come down a little on the side.
Then I used my gold ornaments and leaves and some gold wood and waved and decorated the garland with the gold. Then I started to place in all the cobalt blue flowers and the ornaments.
Lastly, I placed an angel in the middle and the two sides of the garland. Then I lit the garland. On the step of the Fireplace I played two gold and ivory angels on the corner of the Fireplace, which completed my client’s Fireplace. My client loved the Fireplace. If you wanted to, you could even place some clear vases of different sizes in front of the Fireplace if your Fireplace is not operating. That way, the vases will give a cozy feel to the room.

You do not have A fireplace, and yet you want one? No problem, here is what I did for my living room that made my living room have a fireplace. The steps I did are almost the same as my client. I started with a Nine-foot garland, and my garland was pre-lit. I added more lights so it would have bright sunshine. Then I found the middle of the garland and placed it on my Fireplace, and it came down on the sides as well.
Then I started to place my champagne stems, leaves, and ornaments on the garland. Also, I added some rose gold ball ornaments to the garland with the lights I added and the ornaments. It looked stunning.
I had two gold reindeer, one that is sitting and the other one is standing. I placed that in the middle of the Fireplace, and on each corner of the fore placed, I placed an ivory Santa Claus, and on the other side, I placed a rose gold and gold glitter tree, and that was complete. What you put on the Fireplace is as you desire. I hope you like today’s Blog, and I hope this inspires you. Do not forget that everything is possible if you put the time toward it.
